I would highly recommend Luke Jones. I recently asked Luke to build a small outdoor office in our backyard in Wamberal and I couldn't be more delighted with the outcome. The previous owner of the property had a very basic plan for an open outdoor pool cabana and after discussing options with Luke, we chose to build an elevated platform roughly the size of the cabana but then fill in with walls and windows to create a great work from home pod/office space for now that can also be used at a later stage as a pool lounge / teenage retreat. I only had some broad ideas about how the office should look and Luke was great to work with - the workmanship was spot on but the real key for me was the way Luke came up with ideas, was very flexible in his approach and was even willing to try things out to see how they looked. We adjusted roof height and window and door options on the fly plus tried a few options for the front deck and stairs before we settled on the final design. In addition, Luke was flexible with things like flooring and electrical - in our case, I purchased and supplied the lights and the flooring and Luke managed the installation - everything was easy and the outcome was superb. Very much appreciated.
